Toronto Brunch, But Make It Parlour: Meet the Pizza Dough Benny

Looking for a Hidden-Gem Brunch on King West?

Toronto has plenty of Eggs Benedict.

But Eggs Benedict on fresh-baked pizza dough?

That’s where things get a little more Parlour.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 12–3PM, The Parlour Toronto serves weekend brunch in our hidden King West courtyard — with our signature Pizza Dough Bennys, brunch cocktails, an extended Happy Hour and one of those spaces you might not expect to find just off King Street West.

Come through the tunnel and you’ll find our courtyard, heated patio, fire pit and a room that feels tucked away from the city outside.

A little hidden. A little cheeky.

And a pretty great way to start your weekend.

Meet the Pizza Dough Benny

We love a classic Eggs Benedict.

We just thought the English muffin could use a day off.

At The Parlour, our Bennys are built on fresh-baked Parlour pizza dough — giving you a warm, slightly crisp and chewy base underneath poached organic eggs and hollandaise.

It’s part pizza. Part Benny.

And very much its own thing.

The best part? There isn’t just one.

Classic Eggs Benedict — $19.75

Start with the original, Parlour style.

Poached organic eggs, cotto ham, tomato sauce, mozzarella and hollandaise, served on fresh pizza dough.

It’s everything you recognize about a classic Benny with a distinctly Parlour foundation.

Huevos Benedictinos — $21.75

For a little more attitude.

Poached organic eggs, salsa, andouille sausage, hollandaise, avocado, tomato sauce and mozzarella on fresh pizza dough.

Rich, spicy, creamy and probably not the Benny your parents grew up eating.

Smoked Benjamin — $21.75

Our seafood take.

Poached organic eggs, Sockeye salmon lox, hollandaise, capers, red onion, dill and cream cheese on fresh pizza dough.

Somewhere between a smoked-salmon brunch classic and a Parlour pizza.

Goldmember Benedict — $21.75

And yes, vegetarians get a proper Benny too.

Poached organic eggs, hollandaise, caramelized onion, mushroom duxelles, Yukon Gold potato, Gruyère and mozzarella on fresh pizza dough.

No consolation prize here.

The four Benny variations and ingredients are from The Parlour Toronto brunch menu.

A Cheeky Brunch Deserves a Drink

Brunch is Saturday and Sunday from 12–3PM, and we’ve built a few weekend drink features specifically for it.

Mimosa 5oz — $6

A classic for a reason.

Double Caesar — $10

Because sometimes one ounce at brunch simply isn’t enough.

Brunch Spritz 2oz — $12

Bright, refreshing and built for an afternoon in the courtyard.

And if the table is celebrating properly, there’s always bubbles.

The Hidden Courtyard Brunch on King West

The food is only half the reason to find us.

From King Street, walk through our tunnel entrance and the space opens into one of The Parlour’s best-kept secrets:

The Courtyard.

When Toronto gives us sunshine, we open it up.

When Toronto does what Toronto does, our heated patio and covered courtyard let the experience continue.

Open patio doors, the courtyard, fire pit, music, cocktails and a table full of Bennys make this feel less like grabbing breakfast and more like starting your Saturday or Sunday somewhere you might accidentally stay for a while.

That’s exactly the point.

Brunch Ends at 3. Happy Hour Doesn’t.

Here’s where brunch at The Parlour gets even more interesting.

Our expanded Happy Hour overlaps with the entire weekend brunch service.

Saturday Happy Hour | 12–6PM
Sunday Happy Hour | 12PM–Close

So you don’t have to finish your last Mimosa at 2:55 and figure out where everyone is going next.

Stay.

Order some $3 East Coast oysters.

Put a pizza on the table.

Have another cocktail.

On select Sundays, DJs and programming can take the room from brunch into a much livelier afternoon.

Brunch → Happy Hour → Sunday afternoon.

Your weekend plans may have just sorted themselves out.

Your Birthday Brunch Doesn’t Have to Feel Like Everyone Else’s

There’s another reason we built brunch this way.

The Parlour works particularly well when there are more than two of you.

Birthdays. Engagements. Anniversaries. Team brunches. Corporate gatherings. Reunions.

Or maybe you’ve somehow managed to get the entire group chat to agree on a Sunday.

That’s worth celebrating.

We offer a Brunch Party Menu for larger groups, making it easier to organize the food, drinks and experience without turning your birthday into an event-planning job.

And that leads us to the question we’re asking a lot around here lately:

What Are We Celebrating?!

Birthday?

Engagement?

Promotion?

Corporate event?

Anniversary?

Divorce?

We don’t judge the occasion.

We just think you should celebrate it properly.

For larger reservations, private parties and corporate events, inquire with our events team and we’ll help put the experience together.

More Than Brunch

Maybe that’s what makes The Parlour a little different.

You can come at noon for a Pizza Dough Benny and $6 Mimosa.

Find yourself sitting around the fire pit at 3PM.

Order oysters and pizza for Happy Hour.

And realize nobody actually wants to leave.

That’s the kind of brunch we’re trying to build.

Not another place serving eggs on King West.

A hidden gem.

A cheeky brunch.

A Pizza Dough Benny you probably haven’t had before.

And a pretty great excuse to start your weekend early.
