It starts with serving food we’re genuinely proud of.
Not a stripped-down menu created just because it’s Happy Hour.
Premium oysters. Lobster. Braised short rib. Parlour pizza. Proper cocktails. All at prices that make it easy to order another round.
That’s the full lineup — from $3 East Coast oysters to $19.42 Don Julio 1942 — available Sunday through Saturday, no exceptions beyond events and buyouts.

This is something I would push much harder.
If you’re heading to a Toronto Blue Jays game at Rogers Centre, you don’t necessarily want to start inside the stadium.
Meet the group first.
Grab a $8 beer or Margarita.
Put some $3 oysters on the table.
Share a pizza.
Then make your way to the game.
And when the Jays are playing an afternoon game, our extended Happy Hour gives you another option: come back to King West afterwards and keep the day going.
The same goes for Toronto’s other big game and event nights.

How Does The Parlour Compare to King West Happy Hour?
King West has become one of Toronto’s biggest Happy Hour neighbourhoods, with restaurants and bars offering everything from afternoon drink specials to late-night deals.
That’s a good thing.
We’re not trying to be the cheapest restaurant on King Street.
We’re trying to deliver the best combination of value and experience.

And Yes — Happy Hour Includes Weekend Brunch
Here’s where things get a little different.
The Parlour serves brunch Saturday and Sunday from 12PM–3PM, and our Happy Hour overlaps with brunch.
That means weekend specials including:
Mimosa 5oz — $6
Brunch Spritz — $12
Double Caesar — $10
But the food is really where our brunch gets sneaky.
Our Eggs Benedict Is Built on Fresh Pizza Dough.
Instead of the traditional English muffin, our Bennys are built on fresh-baked Parlour pizza dough.
There’s the Classic Eggs Benedict, Huevos Benedictinos with andouille sausage, Smoked Benjamin with salmon lox, and vegetarian Goldmember with mushroom duxelles, potato and Gruyère.
It’s familiar enough to still be Eggs Benedict — but distinctly Parlour.
And after brunch finishes at 3PM?
Happy Hour keeps going.
A Happy Hour Worth Staying For
The room matters too.
Walk through the King Street tunnel and The Parlour opens into something you don’t necessarily expect from the street.
Our courtyard patio, open roof, patio doors and fire pit create one of our favourite spaces in the building.
On a beautiful Toronto afternoon, open everything up.
As the temperature drops, the courtyard takes on an entirely different feel.
That’s part of what we’re selling.

And sometimes things don’t stay very “Happy Hour.”
On select Sundays, our brunch and afternoon programming leads into bi-weekly DJ events, and the energy changes as the afternoon goes on.
Brunch becomes Happy Hour.
Happy Hour becomes Sunday afternoon drinks.
And every once in a while…
Sunday afternoon turns into a party.
